Hello there! I’m Cheryl, the proud owner and founder of Essence of Life & Home. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. 

I’m a single mom to two incredible grown kids, and they’re truly the light of my life. I’ve always had a passion for gardening, craft shows, and living a healthy, balanced life. My family means the world to me, and I’m deeply grateful for the love and support they give me every day. 

So, why did I start making candles?

It all began when I discovered how harmful conventional candles could be—to our health and to the environment. I’ve always loved the cozy, inviting atmosphere that candles bring to a home, but I couldn’t find ones that aligned with my commitment to health and well-being. 

That realization sparked a journey of research and discovery. I was determined to create candles that not only provided warmth and ambiance but also supported a healthy lifestyle. After countless hours of research and development, Essence of Life & Home was born, offering organic, non-toxic candles made from the highest quality natural ingredients.
